Digital imaging
Phase One is the market leader within the development, production and marketing of Direct Digital Imaging, i.e. storing pictures via a digital back and then transferring them directly to a computer for editing etc. In 2006, the company was sold in connection with a management buy-out.
Loudspeakers
Peerless developed, manufactured and marketed loudspeaker units. In 2000, Peerless merged with Videbæk Højtalerfabrik and the two companies continued their activities under the name Danish Sound Technology. IO is a consultancy firm within electronics development and embedded software. In 2006, the company was sold to the management.
Online recruitment
MatchWork develops and markets online-based advertising solutions for newspaper and magazine publishers within the fields of jobs, motors, real estate, etc. In 2004, MatchWork was sold to OfiR’s internet division which is owned by the listed company Søndagsavisen.
Digital signage and monitors
Mermaid designs, manufactures and supplies customised total solutions for use in dynamic digital signage as well as LCD monitors and flat screen televisions. In 2004, Mermaid was sold to SDS Holding A/S and in 2007, the company was introduced at First North in Copenhagen.
Satellite communication
Emperion provides broadband IP communication solutions and services based on digital satellite (VSAT). In 2005, Emperion was sold to Andersen Advisory Group.
Financial information portal
EuroInvestor delivers online information about the financial markets, including equities, bonds and currency. In 2003, EuroInvestor was sold to SDS Holding A/S and in 2007, the company was introduced at OMX in Copenhagen.
