Focusing on SaaS companies with a strong growth potential we look for outstanding companies that has:
- Proof of product.
- A robust and scalable business model.
- The potential to achieve a leading position in a growing market.
- A 1st class management team.
We are dedicated to analyze and understand potential investments and business drivers prior to our investment. And to share a common vision with management of the growth path of the company.
We are committed to build long term value through a hands-on approach to contribute to our portfolio companies. We have headed and exited growth companies ourselves and know for a fact that management of fast growing companies is an inspiring challenge.
From our experience a full investment cycle until exit will typically vary from 4-6 years under our co-ownership.
